Change or Cancel Order
If you need to change your order details or wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately via email at sales@babycloudgoods.com. To facilitate your request, please provide the following details:
- Order Number
- Product(s) in the Order
- Information to be Modified or Specific Reason for Cancellation
This information is crucial for us to efficiently handle your request. However, please note that once your items are in the shipping phase, we are unable to amend any details or cancel the order.
