Limited Warranty Terms
Unless otherwise stated in your product manual, the following Limited Warranty Terms apply to all products sold on babycloudmall.com.
Warranty Period
The warranty period begins on the date of purchase, as documented in your proof of purchase, and lasts for one year (two years for European countries). This warranty does not cover consumable products.
Warranty Exclusions
The Limited Warranty does not apply to the following circumstances:
- Use of the product in commercial or industrial applications.
- Inadequate power supply conditions, such as low voltage, defective household wiring, or insufficient fuses.
- Damages resulting from external factors.
- Unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification of the product.
- Damages caused by operating the product beyond the permitted or intended uses as outlined in the user instructions, including abnormal operating conditions (e.g., extreme temperatures).
- Damage resulting from natural disasters, such as lightning strikes, tornadoes, floods, fires, earthquakes, or other external causes.
- Liquid damage, including water or milk entering the motor.
Remedies
In the event of a hardware defect, Babycloud reserves the right to either:
- Repair the product free of charge, using new or refurbished parts.
- Replace the product with a new or refurbished equivalent.
Babycloud retains ownership of any defective parts, modules, or equipment. During the warranty period, the purchaser will not incur charges (for parts, labor, or otherwise) for the repair or replacement of a defective product.
How to Obtain Warranty Service
To request warranty service within the warranty period, please contact our support team for a warranty check. Required information includes:
- Your name
- Contact information
- Original invoice or purchase receipt, indicating the date of purchase and the name of the product
Our team will assess the problem and determine the most effective solutions for you. Please retain the original packaging or packaging that provides equivalent protection in the event of a product return.
