Return & Refund Policy

We at Babycloud strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 30-day return policy for products purchased directly from the Babycloud website.

Return Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of receipt. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in the same condition you received them.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.
  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)number is required for all returns. Please email us at sales@babycloudgods.com to request your RMA number. Include your proof of purchase and the reason for the return in your request.

Please note:

  • All returned items will be inspected. If the item does not meet our return guidelines, it will be sent back at the customer’s cost.
  • Products that are damaged, missing parts, or not in their original condition due to reasons not caused by Babycloud are not eligible for a return or refund.
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after receipt will not be eligible for a return or refund.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 3-7 business days.

If your refund has not been received within this time, please check with your bank or credit card company, as processing times can vary. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at sales@babycloudgoods.com.

Defective or Damaged Products

If your product was damaged during shipping, please notify us within 48 hours at sales@babycloudgoods.com. Babycloud will bear the cost of replacing or repairing the product, including shipping fees if the damage or defect is confirmed.

Sale Items (if applicable)

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at sales@babycloudgoods.com with your RMA request and send the item to the return address provided in our confirmation email.

Gift Returns

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, we will send the refund to the original purchaser.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. Shipping charges are calculated based on the carrier, weight, dimensions, and destination of each order. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for exchanged products to reach you can vary.

For high-value returns (over $75), we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged returned items.

Returning Products Purchased from Other Retailers

Products purchased from third-party retailers must be returned to the original point of purchase, following that retailer's return and exchange policies.
