- 100g pumpkin (peeled, diced, and cooked)
- 40g cake flour (or low-gluten flour)
- Cheese (shredded, as desired)

- Steam or boil the diced pumpkin until soft, then drain and mash it into a smooth puree.

- In a mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin puree and cake flour. Mix until a soft dough forms.

- Lightly oil your hands. Take a small amount of the pumpkin dough and flatten it in your palm.
